Alexander Hamilton, the first US Treasury Secretary, the visionary financial architect, and the genesis of the American financial system, and the making of modern America, and founder of the Bank of New York. In 2006 we introduce the first concept of a new capital market system, proposing to establish and create the Virgin Islands Stock Exchange & Global STX (ATS). The original founding members and principals of Global STX, pioneered the Third Market (National Market System) approved by the US Congress in 1975, one of our former founding member principals designed and built the architectural financial clearing system for one of Wall Street prominent founding member banks, and the other members were pioneers of Electronic Communication Networks (ECN), started two new banks, and now his SPAC fintech company  is now publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
